Alps 2 Ocean Cycle Trail

New Zealand''s Most Spectacular Ride 

Starting at Aoraki / Mt Cook cyclists will ride 314 km and descend 780 metres with a prevailing tail wind through the McKenzie Basin to Oamaru. Along the trail they pass Lakes Pukaki, Ruataniwha, Ohau, Benmore and Aviemore and the towns of Twizel, Omarama, Otematata, Kurow and Duntroon.
